Just an unusually short one today.
Had my new favourite breakfast today, not often I get the chance to make it, banana omelette with cinnamon.
Had that about an hour before I had a big leg workout today, when I got to the gym, I had my amino work capacity and some brain talk (more on those later) from Phil Richards.
As I said it was a pretty brutal leg session, with Dave and Mike today, we did breathing squats, Zercher squats, leg press and lunges, about 190 reps all in !
Which you can imagine was pretty draining, but you know what, now my body isn't under as much stress from bad nutrition, inflammation etc, I have been even more full of energy the rest of today, which is all down to ED, getting everything function better, organs doing the jobs there designed to do.
This whole ED experience has opened my eyes to so many amazing results and teaching myself more about my body, than any books could ever do, but will actually help me understand nutritional books better now.
I just wish I could make all the people who 'can't give up ............ for 30 days' feel how good I'm feeling now.
Unfortunately most people, until this myself included, are run down, lower energy than they should have, but they have felt that way for that long, that it is now 'normal' !
Well its not !!
Every morning you should wake up refreshed, not like some zombie, until you get that coffee !
All day you should be vibrant and have constant energy, until you get to bedtime and hit the pillows and into that unbroken sleep.
Try this one thing, tomorrow or any day, have a good look at people, sit somewhere or just while walking, and really look at people (don't walk right up to their faces though) but just look and see how many you see that are full of energy, life, have that healthy glow, we all should have.
It will amaze you, how we've become a fatigued, tired world, everyone is nearly on their knees, dragging themselves through another day at work etc.
This isn't how we're meant to be !
Everyone should be ALIVE ! Everyone, unless you have a real medical issue, by that I don't mean IBS, thyroid issues, skin problems, these are all nutrition deficiency problems, target the cause of these problems not the symptoms.
Think about the last day, you felt alive and energetic all day, for the full day ?
Find it hard ? It shouldn't be, do something about it !
I have and I will continue to do so, feeling this good is something I'm not going to give up easily.
