Breakfast And Lunch DONE !

A few people ask about meals, especially breakfast and how they don't have enough time to make it the night before ! Rubbish !!
Here are my Breakfast, yes its salad, but more to come on breakfasts, especially your 'healthy' cereals another day, and my lunch, both took me 10 minutes at the most.
I managed to do it, while my dinner was cooking, easy.

NO EXCUSES PLEASE, JUST GET A ROUTINE AND GET IT DONE.

Breakfast - Boiled Eggs, mixed leaf salad, flaxseed oil, santini tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, avocado, pumpkin seeds and mixed nuts.


Lunch - Poached Salmon, cucumber, spinach, flaxseed oil, tomatoes, peppers, pumpkin seeds and avocado.

10minutes DONE !
