Quick Explanation

This is my journey through Dax Moy's Elimination Diet 3.0.
This has been tried and tested by Dax and his coaches over numerous years, tweaked and improved, updated and now on Edition 3.0.
It isn't just another 'lose 4stone in a day' fad diet, this is aimed at restoring and maintaining a healthy body, while removing toxins, with the excellent side effect of weight loss, if you have weight to lose.
This diet is aimed at long term health, but can gain incredibly quick results, especially over the first 30 days, when we remove all foods, which have been proven to undermine your body's ability to fight disease and infection, while causing inflammation, tiredness. lack of energy and vitality.
This is my journey through the first 30 Days, which I hope will inspire you to change your nutritional habits and give you courage, if you have 'bad days' while you are on the Elimination Diet.
